This hand crafted furniture was made by Leon Scott ofLeonetta in 1986. As you can see from the pictures, the Sofa has the Trademark on it, and the year 1986. ‘PAT’ most likely meaning Patented. The wood frames of these pieces are made of walnut and painted with an antique cream color. They have hand carved floral detail on the backs.The upholstery is burgundy with a floral print, and seems to be velvet or a cotton velveteen. The backs of all these pieces are deep tufted. Scott, the artist, is well known for this detailing.Also included is a broken “Lady’s” heart back chair which actually has the word Leonetta sign in ink, and also is dated 1986. The right rear leg is broken about half way up. While it matches the other two items, the floral detail on the back is a little different. The chair has a small chip on the upper right, the sofa has a very small chip in the front, and a chip in the back, the 'free' chair has the broken leg. Other the dust on the upholstery I can no damage.
