1987 Abstract Modern Art Alabaster Stone Sculpture 1987 Abstract Modernist Free Form Alabaster Stone Sculpture. Beautiful work. Hand sculpted from a pink type of stone marble. Polished to a nice luster. Mounted to a black lacquer wood base. Bottom of the sculpture has incised initials and date of 1987. Measures 17.25" tall with the wood base measuring 7" in diameter. Sculpture is in excellent condition, couple of slight flea nicks along the top edge, no cracks and no repairs. Wood base has a few lacquer chips on the bottom edge.
