Until Wayne wowed Oem, you could say there was a definite Oilers shortage of greatness on the ice. From 1979 until 1988. Wayne Gretzky was Edmonton's Great One. In August of 1988, after helping his Oilers teamates put a fourth Stanley Cup on ice (and also winning a second Smythe Trophy as player MVP), Gretzky was traded. Edmonton fans knew they had lost a player with a great touch ! This customized 10K Stanley Cup Championship gold ring has been painstakingly recreated to duplicate Wayne's original. There are four impressive sized cubic zirconia diamonds centered on the size 10 1⁄2 ring embedded with smaller stones, surrounded by the words "Stanley Cup Champions 1988". On one shank, the words "Gretzky" and "99" are framing the logo of the Edmonton Oilers. The opposite shank shows four engraved Cups along with an engraved carrot of motivation. The inside of this ring has the 10K stamp. The condition of this great reproduction is EX. You'll no doubt want this classy piece of hockey memorabilia greatness wrapped around your finger.
