Rare Inverted Third Print Error! This 1988A $1 FRN Error note is certified by PCGS as AU58PPQ Premium Paper Quality. This is the Type 2 variety of the inverted 3rd print, having a scewed 2nd print also. Its hard to imagine how these notes managed to escape the BEP.
