1989 BOSTON RED SOX CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT -- THIS WAS GIVEN BY THE ORGANIZATION TO STAFF MEMBERS AS A HOLIDAY SOUVENIR GIFT -- I purchased this from the son of one of the Red Sox press box attendants. This item is new, never used, and the ornament is in the shape of a baseball diamond. In red are the names #1 Doerr, #4 Cronin, #8 Yaz and #9 Williams. On the back, the following is engraved: 1989 MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE BOSTON RED SOX. The diamond measures approx. 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". It is difficult to accurately show how nice this looks because of the shiny metal. Great gift for the Red Sox fan who has (almost) everything!
