1990 PROOF PRESTIGE MINT SET. Up for auction is a 1990 United States Mint Prestige Proof Set. Coins are in beautiful condition with no spots or hazing. The Certificate from the mint is not included. Comes in the outside box and encased in the velvet box. Again, no COA is included in this auction. See my other auctions for more coins and Silver Bullion.
