1990 Mike the sewer surfer never opened, unpunched mint card. The bubble is clear and undented. Has a slightly creased upper left corner. I have tried to show pictures of every imperfection no matter how minor. Picture is of actual item. Stored in a non-smoking pet free home. These toys were purchased in 1990 and stored in sealed boxes indoors until now. They have never been played with and have hardly been handled. I am the original owner and have decided to sell all my collectables to help send my grandkids to college. I have several items for sale and will combine shipping. No refunds.
