This listing features the HIMALAYAN - NO. 44 Bossons Head. It does not reflect the reissue date. It is in its original box and includes the tag. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Note - I am not considering paint loss on the back when rating the condition - so take a look at the photographs before making your purchasing decision. It measures about 5 3/4" tall by 3 1/2" wide by 2" deep. All BOSSONS and FRASER-ART models are precise reproductions of original works of art designed and created by Mr. W. Ray Bossons ASIAD and either modelled by him personally or under his close supervision and direction. Each model is a work of art in its own right as it is individually hand-produced, involving a number of talented individuals and employing advanced moulding techniques which exactly reproduce the fine detail and subtle qualilties of the originals. BOSSONS models are hand-cast in "Vitreplas" a blend of expensive gypsums producing hard and durable mouldings. FRASER-ART models are hot moulded from a composition of specially selected resins and fillers and in each case the model is entirely painted by hand by a gifted artist expertly trained in the special BOSSONS technique.
