's a WALLACE Silver 1991 21st Edition Sleigh Bell ornament with it's original box and tag. It's a wonderful piece in Mint Condtion. The tag reads "21st Edition, never to be repeated. 1991 Annual Christmas Bell, Wallace silversmiths." The inside of the tag/booklet reads: "1991, This year marks the 21st Anniversary of Wallace's treasured Annual Bell. The Annual Bell celebrates our joy of the holiday season by creating a magical string of traditional Christmas ornaments. Each special ornament is captured in luxurious Wallace Silverplate. The year 1991 is displayed on the center and is decorated with poinsettia. Never to be repeated Wallace SilverSmiths."
