In 1993, The Franklin Mint created The Golden Carousel Sculpture Collection. The twelve figurines of this collection are sculpted in porcelain, and finished in 24kt. gold. The FRANKLIN MINT FABERGE GOLDEN CAROUSEL SEAHORSE was available exclusively through THE FRANKLIN MINT in an edition LIMITED TO 45 FIRING DAYS . The FRANKLIN MINT FABERGE GOLDEN CAROUSEL SEAHORSE is suspended on a shining brass bar which mounts to an ebony base. It measures 4 1/2" at the top of the spindle, and 3 1/4 " at the saddle. This Figurine is: MINT/NEAR MINT CONDITION. The figurine itself is perfect. The Gold Plate is Brilliant.
