Will consider reasonable offers and will combine shipping!This is the Madame Alexander Doll Club 1994 Convention Doll from the 12th Annual Doll Club Convention held in Phoenix, Arizona with the theme, "Treasures and Superstitions"!This doll received by each attendee at the Convention Banquet - "Navajo Woman". She is the Limited Edition #396 of 835 Dolls."Navajo Woman" was the Doll presented to anyone who attended a MADC Convention Banquet in 1994 and you also had to be a member of the Madame Alexander Doll Club. The various other accessories are received either at the banquet or at other events held at the convention.Navajo Woman is dressed beautifully with layers of skirts. She comes with a card that describes her culture and her the reasons for her dress, jewelery and colors - including the fact that her skirt traditionally is made from 8 to 16 yards of fabric.Also included is an 8 1/2" high Breyer Horse with "MADCC 1994" stamped on it's belly and a rope halter with the Convention charm that reads "MADCC 1994". In the original blue Madame Alexander box with window you find the woven Navajo blanket and a sheep. These are marked on the box with the same Limited Edition number 396 as the Navajo Woman doll box and it comes with it's own Certificate of Authenticity.Also included is a pottery container which once read more
