Seagull Pewter "Baby's First" Solid Pewter Frame 4x6 This beautiful solid pewter frame is engraved on its back with the date of manufacture, 1994, and the name of its highly regarded manufacturer, Seagull ä Pewter, and Etain Zinn Canada. Characters from Seagull Pewter's "Best Buddies" collection surround the photo space. A little pewter "tag" attached to the giraffe's leg is engraved with the words "Baby's First". A koala bear is riding the elephant in the opposite corner and a stork flies overhead. The artist's skill and attention to detail make the characters almost breathe with life. Heavy and sturdy, this frame is made of solid pewter and has a beautiful aged, rubbed patina that hints at its years of service. The frame is bright from polishing, fading into a slight dullness into the darker nooks and crannies. The frame , including the glass and the cardboard easelback, is in excellent shape. It holds a 4x6 photo and can sit on a table or hang on the wall. Extra backing is included to hold a photo firmly in place. Thanks for looking and please email if you have any questions.
