The 1995 edition is sold out. The artwork enclosure: In a scene that's as common today as anytime in recent history, a copper-colored redfish chases a gold spoon on a shallow Texas saltwater flat. Thanks in part to the Texas Saltwater Stamp and Print series, the redfish, pictured here by Mark A. Susinno, has made a valiant comeback in the past decade. The Saltwater Stamp and Print series has generated over $20 million for coastal conservation. Maryland native Mark Susinno has painted the art for 14 state fishing stamps, beginning with the 1986 Maryland Trout Stamp. His art has appeared in numerous national and regional publications. Susinno has also illustrated several books on fishing and is a board member of the Seneca Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
