From 1995, Joelson Industries 24" Friendly Witch Shelf Sitter Doll for Halloween. Still has original tags attached. The witch did originally laugh when you pressed its hat but that somehow stopped working between the time I photographed im and when I went to list. I have no idea if it is an easy fix but even without sound it is a great Halloween decoration.
