It is factory case fresh. Discontinued item. Thinkway Toys item #62809 He has Tim Allen's voice from the movie soundtrack saying "To Infinity And Beyond!", "I'm Buzz Lightyear", "I Come in Peace", and "Buzz Lightyear To The Rescue!." His wings pop-out, his helmet dome retracts, his arms, hands, and legs are fully poseable, and his laser gun in his arm lights up and buzzes. Best of all, he looks just like Buzz did in the movie. So often at toy won't look like the animated character, but this Buzz is the spittin' image. Just an amazingly well-designed toy, fun to look at, and even more fun to play with. We have not tested every toy in the case. Please note that, due to the age of these original Toy Story toys, they may not speak properly until the batteries are replaced. The one we tested speaks perfectly after more than 10 years sleeping in the case though. Shipping charge is $12.99. Insurance is available for $1.30 at your option.
