From Wikipedia on this edition: Clue The Collector's Edition (1996) It is a three-dimensional representation of the gameboard encased in glass and wood with 24K gold-plated playing pieces and gameboard accents. Drew Struzan provided Victorian-themed artwork for the game. The 1996 Franklin Mint Clue The Collector's Edition has never been removed from the box. The set contains the following: a three-dimensional gameboard of the classic Clue board. Each room contains a 24K gold-plated object to represent that room. Also, the game pieces are 24K gold-plated. The shipping box has only been opened twice. Once when we bought the set from Franklin Mint to make sure there was no damage and again to take photos of the game. In the booklet that is included with the game contains the certificate of authenticity signed by a Hasbro and Frankin Mint respresentives. In the booklet, there is a bio on each subject and each room of the mansion, the rules of the game and hisotry of the game. The playing cards and score pads are still sealed in shrink wrap. The pads were specially designed for this game. Tokens and weapons are still in the foam to protect them from damage. On the board, there is a storage drawer for the tokens, weapons, pad and dice.
