Auction Terms

· Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made else appropriate actions will be taken (Non Paying Bidder and NEGATIVE feedback).

· All sales are final. By entering a bid, you are entering into a binding contract to purchasing the item described above. Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale, unsure to pay, or have no intention of really purchasing the item.

· Insurance is an option but is recommended. Seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipment if an insurance is not purchased.

Payment Information

· NO PICK-UPS.

· Corresponding HANDLING FEE is already included on the shipping cost.

· Shipping is $8.00 each per auction for the first bottle and additional $3.50 each for the second bottle and tafter up to 4 bottles per box.

· TRACKING for US Customers already included on the S&H fee.

· OPTIONAL INSURANCE is only available for US Buyers.

· CHECK PAYMENTS will wait 7 days to clear.

· If you win on my OTHER AUCTIONS , I can combine shipping and save the winner some money when informed ahead of time.

Additional Shipping & Payment Terms

Winner pays shipping. An additional $3.00 per $100.00 for insurance is recommended (not required) as items are shipped AT YOUR OWN RISK. Seller cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit. This is clearly stated and cannot be held against the seller. You are by notified that once the bottle is left at the post office for mailing, the seller will not and cannot be held responsible for whatever happen to the bottle. The risk automatically transferred to the buyer.

International shipping is available. We combine shipping for foreign shipping and also domestic. T is a $1.00 handling charge for each bottle for foreign customers to cover costs on custom forms, levies, and time for additional packaging.

We request that all payments be made within 7 days after the close of auction through Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, or Cashier's Check. If you purchase insurance and something happen to your bottle, you will be responsible to claim with the ...
