This is a 1999 Cartoon Network The Powerpuff Girls Original Production Cel / Drawing. It is framed and in excellent condition. Per the pictures, it carries the Cartoon Network Seal of Authenticity on the artwork itself, and also comes with the Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate of Authenticity, per the pictures, is authorized by Linda Simensky (Vice President of Cartoon Network Original Animation) and the Artwork ID Number is 5891-122-1. The artwork (along with the frame) measures 19.5" wide and 16.5" tall. Although it may not be apparent in the pictures, there is a slightly 3 dimensional quality to the image, kind of similar to a bubble sticker. The way these are produced is that the original animator's drawing is transferred onto an acetate cel and then the cel is flipped over and individually hand painted on the reverse side. This methodology is explained in detail on the Certificate of Authenticity. This will be extremely well packed for shipment, and will ship within 1-2 business days of when payment is received.
