1999 Set of 26 MNH Plate Blocks XF Scott 3272 // 3369 Face Value FV $44.00 Includes all of the commemorative plate blocks of this year, including the larger plate blocks of multiple stamps and higher value plate blocks ; be sure to examine photos or Scott lists to see exact details and value of contents Note: This auction is for the plate blocks together with the Scott mounts. We will be trimming the sides of the pages to reduce shipping costs. Let us know if you would like to keep the pages intact and we'll adjust the shipping to $3. Also, any curved lines on the pages is due to the pages not being flat on the table when being photographed. They are indeed straight. :) Finally, all plate block mounts have been lightly affixed to the pages (typically just in the four corners, allowing for easy removal and reuse. We are breaking apart a pristine MNH estate collection of plate blocks (commemorative, regular, and back of book) that runs from 1901 to 2012. Be sure to check back over the coming weeks.
