Original 19th century hand colored albumen photograph. Dimensions are 26.5 cm x 20.5 cm (10.5 in x 8 in). This tinted photo is numbered (difficult to read) and titled on the bottom left hand corner: "1650 "Chabune" (Restaurant boat), R. Yodo, Osaka." The reverse side is blank. The photo is in good condition with the following issues: There is slight dimpling throughout. Dog ear creases on top corners. Four (?) quarter inch tears close to bottom right corner. Also: Small blue (finger?) print close to left edge on middle of the page. I have many other 19th century Japanese photographs listed. Shipment within the US is $3.00.
