BURLED WALNUT VICTORIAN DESK drop down front Description: please email me for all payment options. the first 3 pictures you and the last picture you see are from 19th c. i have listed, please check it out too. will be listing a lot of very old antique furniture in the coming days and old antique primitive chippy dry sinks, bucket bench, wardrobe, etc..and a rare 1890's salesman sample pie safe with pie tins and original paint. will be listing many antique items from decades of collections, due to downsizing and moving. BUYER TO PICK UP THIS ITEM OR HAVE THEIR SHIPPERS PICK UP. THIS IS LOCATED SOUTH OF CHICAGO ABOUT ONE HOUR. this auction is for the gorgeous antique, 1860's-1880's burled walnut desk. has the pigeon holes and drawers inside and the 2 drawers outside and a lot of burling. ornate fancy gallery on top and a lot or ornate cut outs and designs. the front legs have a slant to them (neat). this is about 55 high and 39 across and about 19 deep. t is a little wood missing by drop front key hole and the decoration for that key hole. and a little piece of wood gone on the side, please see pictures for the details. it perhaps could use refinishing or leave alone. the top has marks and what appears to be water stain marks, but i did have it covered with doilies and old items. it still has an old paper label on read more
