From a New York estate, a folk art watercolor painting of an open book with a man holding a lute on the left page, two cats on the right page, the image of the book trimmed to the edges and attached to a support sheet. Contemporary maple veneered frame with gilt liner and hanging ring, size of frame is 7 3/4 inches by 6 1/4 inches (195 mm by 158 mm), a few dings to the edges of the frame, all in generally good antique condition.
