19th Century 11-Drawer Wooden Spice Cabinet,Shaker Era Hand Carved Wood Knobs,Great Patina,Sleek Curved Front This is one of many Interesting Items we have for sale. Also try adding our Page to your Favorites List, we sell some neat things.SIMPLY AMAZING Antique Original Wooden Multi Drawer Spice Rack. It is complete with 11 Drawers total, ten being of the same size. The bottom two smaller drawers are carved curved wooden fronts. The cabinet has a very stunning low swoop to it. Fantastic Patina along with soem dark dents and scratches only adding to the patina. Each knob seems to be hand carved and irregular. It is 19th Century and very possibly Pine, very nice solid craftsmanship with unusual vertical dovetails. From the hand carved knobs and elegant shape we attribute the era and style to Shaker. No identification as to who made this though. It came form a NY State Collection. We are calling it a Spice hanging Rice Box Cabinet and it could very well be Apothecary for all we know. Just a great piece, nice size, nice shape, nice patina.This auction is in Overall Excellent condition. It measures 17.75" tall and 8" wide and 4" at its deepest.
