A fine quality antique Chinese Export Silver snuff bottle by Hung Chong of Shanghai and Canton (1860 - 1930) . Fine quality 19th century silver snuff bottle . Decorated with various scenes of Chinese life featuring figures , buildings, plants , shrubs and mountain ranges. Excellent quality and clearly one of the more desirable pieces of chinese silver. Slight wear but this does not detract from the overall appearance. Ridged internally inside the neck which would have housed the cork or hide bung. Marked on the base for Hung Chong and chinese silver character mark. Approx 92mm high and weighing 67.2 grams. NO RESERVE
