19th Century Doctor or Student's Reading Candle Lamp ! 's an original silvered brass student's or doctors' reading lamp, mid to late 1800s, with a lift off reflector. Unique design for it's time as a bayonet cap held down a spring loaded candle. Some very minor dents to the base otherwise complete and in good and working order. A excellent candle lamp and a rare find. Base diameter 4.75", 14.5" High, 4" wide. Good luck !
