Offered for auction is this antique French mantle clock and two matching candelabras.. Marked J E Caldwell Co.Philadelphia in the clock face as well as on the works. Also on the inside works it says Made in France with the numbers 1554 4 4.. Signed on the front of the clock..is L Kary, I believe.. This case is hand painted featuring a man and woman in period dress,, in pastels, He, in a violet coat,, she is a beautiful blue dress..The clock measures 10 1/2" h x 8"w x 4 1/2"d..The matching candelabras are 11"h x 4'w x 3 1/2d.. The candelabras have beautiful enameling that matches the enameling on the clock.. along with hand painted figures matching the clock as well..Email any questions you may have.. Thanks for looking..
