19th Century Historic Document Affidavit Document reads as follows:- Regina Josepha Maria Theresia Dellafaille of the City of Antwerp the widow and sole ?????? of Charles Bernard Jean Gislain Van de Werve otherwise the noble Charles Bernard Jean Gislain Count Van de Werve and Vorselaer Baron de Lichtaert, late of the same place deceased, maketh oath and saith, that the sum of four thousand four hundred pounds of stock of reduced three per cent bank annuities is now standing in the name of the said deceased in the books of the Govenor and company of the Bank of England, kept for entering of the transfer of that stock by the description of Charles Bernard Jean Gislain Van de Werve of Antwerp, and that the said deceased had not any beneficial interests whatsoever in the said sum of £4400 reduced three per cent Bank Annuities or any part thereof, and this deponent saith, that Augustin Henri Marie Baron Van de Werve, late of Antwerp aforesaid, the son of the said Charles Bernard Jean Gislain Van de Werve, died intestate whereupon his said Father the said Charles Bernard Jean Gislain Van de Werve obtained Letters of administration of his estate and effects to be committed and granted to him by the Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury and that the said Charles Bernard, as such Administrator, ????? the sum of three thousand read more
