Warkworthbooksuk Two 19th century albumen photos taken from a photo album and still mounted either side of the album's card page. The photos are undated and there is no indication of who took the photographs. The location...could be Italy? Or somewhere else in Europe? On one side is a striking image of two peasant women. The image looks posed but is effective. It measures 26 cm by 19 cm. On the other side is a photo of a hillside town. It measures just over 26 cm by just over 18 cm. Condition Both images are in good condition. There is minimal surface wear to both and slight fading to edges. The mounts are browned & soiled with age. The photos and mounts are slightly curled.
