NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Insurance is added and based upon final value. Insurance is required on all sales. The quality of this pinting makes me wonder why it is not signed, but it is not. It is a European scene, probably painted 1870'-1880's. It is coming loose on the bottom and the paint has some crazing. The frame is about 18 by about 14 inches. It has some small chips and nicks. The painting is about 15 inches by about 11 inches. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We post a shipping calculator for shipping and handling costs. The Ebay shipping calculator includes the handling costs.
