EXCEPTIONALLY FINE 19TH CENTURY MARQUETRY INLAID BIRCH FORMED ARM ROCKERWith our compliments, we are pleased to offer you this beautifully marquetry inlaid, birch, central Massachusetts, made circa 1880's, rocker. The inlay work is off the charts, incorporating brightly colored woods and further defined with string inlaid legs and back spokes. It has a plank shaved seat, splayed back and formed arms and legs. This is a great solid chair that can stand up to real use. A great nursing to relaxing chair of the highest quality.
