A superb 19thc French Samson figurine of a horned cow standing by a flowering tree. Gold Samson anchor mark to back of figure. Excellent attention to hand painted detail. Yellow flower heads and green leaves to tree. The horned cow is brown and white and has a beautiful face. Excellent and age commensurate condition overall with a hairline repair to base and one or two nibbles at ends of leaves/petals. Height some 4.75" and length at base some 2.75". A superb 19th century Samson figurine of horned cow by flowering tree.
