This is a superb 19th c Staffordshire cow with milkmaid spill vase figurine. The staffordshire figurine has superb vibrant hand painted decoration; the cow being red and white with a beautifully decorative face and brocage detail to top of head between horns. Cow and maid milker are depicted on a naturalistic base with stream running through. There is some old restoration to figure - to back of figure by base, and to top of spill at back - see images please. Otherwise condition is very good age commensurate. Measures some 7" height and some 6.25" length at base. A really superb and finely detailed 19th century staffordshire cow with milkmaid spill vase which is very collectable. A fine addition to any Staffordshire collection.
