This pair of Victorian wall sconce lights measure about 6" from the wall and with the shade, about 9" in length. The shade bottoms are 4" in diameter. The shades are frosted with an embossed design. Both shades have roughness around the bottom and each one has a small chip in it (see the pictures). Also, t are on the frosted shades, some imperfections that you find on old shades, but nothing alarming. The brass mounting part on one shows paint on the edge, which can be removed and also some scattered paint spots and t, which should clean up quiet well. I have had these lamps for 45 years and they are in their original condition, other than we bought new rings years ago that hold the shade in place. The light works by pulling the long, brass chain. I remember those days myself. These lamp sconces came from an old mansion that was being torn down for a parking lot in Grand Haven, Michigan. Each lamp was in an upstairs bedroom right by the entry. These pair of sconces are "vintage attractive" and are really in good shape for their age. On the picture w the shade is lit up, the shade looks like it has an iridescent look, but it was put over an iridescent bulb. If you want that look, use that type of bulb. Old lamps should always be rewired of course for safety reasons. Payment & Shipping: I do not take PayPal. I accept money orders read more
