Miniature Flash cards 1950's era Math Flash cards. by Kenworthy Educational Services of Buffalo, NY These flash cards come with instructions by Dr. Garry Cleveland Myers on how to best use the flash cards. They come in a set of 2 boxes - 1 subtraction, 1 addition These were obtained from the estate of an 87 year former school teacher in Ohio. Each box has #109 written in marker on the back of the pack (maybe her room number?) Each box is in excellent condition, these were never used as t are still little thin paper dividers between different sections. The box also includes instructions for 5 or 6 little games you can play to aid in learning subtraction of addition. AGE LEVEL - The Addition box says that the cards would be appropriate for first, second and third grade age levels The Subtraction box says that the cards are for second and third graders. Each box includes approximately 100 cards. The cards are rather small. Approx. 3 x 2 inches Dating these has not been easy. Kenworthy Educational Services started as Kenworthy printers in the 1920. Sometime in the late 1930's they changed their name to Kenworthy Educational Services. This morphed into Kenworthy Publishing Inc. sometime in the mid to late 60's. So, from the age of the school teacher they came from along with the information I found on the publisher . . . I feel read more
