2 GORGEOUS ANTIQUE CAMBRIDGE ROSE POINT WATER STEM GLASSES This auction features 2 fabulous Cambridge Rose Point Water Stem Glasses. This lot of 2 stemware Cambridge Rose Point glasses is fabulous! I am selling them for an 82 year old woman. She told me she received her Cambridge wear set as a wedding gift. Yes- I DID say set, t is MUCH more to list, so stay tuned and SAVE my auctions! She said she received them in the 1940's? A good way to determine a fake from the real thing in glasses of this age; is if they have the telltale sign of bubbles as they were being made. Both of them have very small bubbles inside and on the bottom. I have taken close-up shots of the pattern for you so that you can see the lovely detail. The stems themselves are a work of art. The glasses measure almost 7¾" (more like 7 5/8"). The mouth of the glass is just over 3½" in diameter. They sound like crystal. (Forgive me-I'm a novice at Cambridge wear.)
