For all those who missed the first two, I still have two more!! (Despite increasing US Postal Service rates on 14-May, I have kept the US shipping fee the same - $6.00) DIETZ #40 / No 40 TWO Ea. "TRAFFIC GARD" LANTERN GLOBES AMBER / ROOT BEER Fresnel Globes - 1953 to 1956 version OK, by now everybody has seen about a gazillion pretty red globes for the old Dietz # 40. But, when was the last time you saw an AMBER (or ROOT BEER) fresnel style globe? And... when was the last time you had the chance to buy TWO OF THEM ?!?! This is the version produced by Dietz after they bought out W.C.Embury Co. in 1953, but earlier than the 1956 plain version (the #855 globe). CONDITION: DEAD MINT / LIKE NEW / UNUSED / DARE I SAY "NEIGH ON PERFECT!"? Let me put it this way - I cut my finger on the edge of one of the casting ridges on the side, while cleaning one of them.
