A charming colorful pair of antique Henriot Quimper pottery porcelain faience footed single eggcups with "jagged" scalloped upper edges. Handmade and hand painted with floral motifs and a Breton man and woman in traditional dress. Made in France. Both are marked Henriot Quimper France 99 on bottom. According to Liberty's website, marks date them to the 1922-1968 period. Measures about 2 1/2" high. In good vintage condition. As pictures show, t is a small chip on the edge of one of the scallops on the woman's cup, as well as a few spots w the glaze has flaked and the edges feel rough. The man's cup has a flea bite on on the inside of one of the points. No cracks, crazing or repairs. Some painting flaws and slight interior discoloration from age. Colors are bright and glaze is shiny. Wonderful for the collector. I want my customers to be 100% satisfied.
