Up for auction are two lovely dark brown and white toile dinner plates in the OLDE ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE transferware pattern by JOHNSON BROS., Staffordshire, England. These piece have been colorized by hand in accent hues and show a beautiful pastoral village scene. Both measure 10 inches in diameter and are in excellent condition. T are no chips, dings, cracks, crazing nor fleabites. They carry the large crest with a thatched cottage in brown as shown. Please be assured that I will pack this pair well in tissue paper and bubble wrap to make sure that it arrives in your home in the same condition as it was mailed out. I have lived in Germany and been scouring the flea markets for over 30 years. I have been mailing packages internationally for longer than that. Shipping for this set of two plates will be USD 17.50 as an economy parcel sent via surface. Please take a look at my other transferware auctions.
