Selling are two nice vintage pairs of Japanese Kokeshi Dolls. Both sets of dolls come with their original boxes, although the boxes have some tears to the corners. The thinner set of wood dolls are hand painted in colorful kimonos. The boy doll is signed by the artist. The dolls measure 4 3/4" tall and 1 1/2" across the base. The other set measures 4 3/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide. The girl doll has a round hair ornament. The condition of all the dolls is very good. The thinner set shows some light crazing in the clear finish on the dolls and the boys paint shows some minor flaking due to age. A sweet lot for your collection. Thank you for your interest.
