(2) PLANES: SHELTON SMOOTH, SARGENT BLOCK. Shelton plane has a 8-1/2" cast iron body with 1 3/4" blade, hardwood handle and knob. (Stanley No.3-size). Cast on body and hold down cap: U.S PAT. NO. 1914609. Small chip on top of tote, otherwise, VG. Sargent No.217 block plane has a 7" cast iron body with 1 5/8" blade, hardwood knob. ( Stanley No.220-size and style). 90%+ original finishes.
