Two US Military Issue Compasses that I had when I served in Vietnam, USMC, in 1966 to 1969. One is in great working and cosmetic shape, the other does not work anymore but is in great cosmetic shape. Rather than put these on seperately I decided to give the lucky bidder both at the same time for the price of one! The case has a clip lock on the side for keeping the unit from opening. It has a magnifying glass located directly in the center of the compass face and a sighting wire as well. The sighting wire is used in aiming the unit itself. The top of the compass has a meter scale that enables you to measure distances on a topographical map like we used back in Nam.
