This lot is a $20 Confederate States of America Note . It is dated February 17th, 1864 and was issued in Richmond, VA. The Tennessee Capitol in Nashville is shown in the center picture. The bill states "Two years after the ratification of a Treaty of Peace between the Confederate States and the United States of Americal, the Confederate States will pay TWENTY DOLLARS to the bearer on demand.
