Welcome to the true "fossilsource" for Triassic age fossils! Beware buying Triassic fossils that were illegally collected by trespassing on private land. It is important that you question your seller about the legality of the fossils offered. The fossils I offer are collected on private ranchland that I own & purchased for the purpose of fossil collecting. Imagine if you owned land & an individual trespassed on your land & then sold the fossils found on eBay. That is what a sneak thief does & who would want to support that activity??? Now to this listing. This is a rare set of 20 matched amphibian vertebrae found in northeastern New Mexico. They are from the dwarf Metoposaurus, Apachesaurus sp. These were all found at the same site & they are arranged by size into a display tail. This set should be great for a collection. The set of verts when placed together measures approx. 7" (170mm) in length. They were found in Upper Triassic age deposits (Norian), in the Bull Canyon Formation, in Quay County, New Mexico. Don't miss out on this offering!!! Thanks for looking!!!
