2002 Blue Grumpy Bear Plush Care Bear 13" Up for consideration is a 2002 Grumpy Bear plush Care Bear. This has been preowned and is in very good, clean condition. There are no holes, rips tears or odors. He is approximately 13" tall and has a light blue soft plush body. On his tummy is a blue cloud with raining hearts and raindrops on a white background. Eye and nose are free of scratches. The signature Care Bear tushy heart is in great shape. The tag reads 2002 TCFC, Inc. Manufactured under license by Play Along Ltd.
