This is an auction for a really neat and hardto find 2002 Iowa Hawkeyes Senior Football Poster: All American Salute the Real Heroes:Firefighters, Policemen, Military/ROTC. This is the only poster like this I have seen. This poster is a little harder to find then the normal schedule poster for the year. The poster contain 22 senior's autographs. Probably the best players autographs on there are Brad Banks, Colin Cole and CJ Jones. The Hawkeye football team went 11-2 that year, losing the Orange Bowl. This was a magical season for the Hawkeyes! Usually the posters were given out on a Wednesday night during Homecoming week at the Iowa Hall of Fame building. Every year this is when people can go and get autographs from various Iowa teams, including the football seniors. They hand out the football senior posters for people to get autographed. My children have attending several of these and it is great fun for the kids. Don't miss your chance to own this neat Iowa Hawkeye autographed football poster, I don't see any quite like it for sale on eBay! This would make a great holiday gift for any Hawkeye fan! This would be a great addition to a collection and would look great framed and displayed!
