A rare and historic pristine full game ticket from the Inaugural Game of the ACC Football Championship - played on December 3, 2005. This is a full ticket and was never used to attend the game. It has remained in the original packaging in which it was mailed to me. It was a regular season-ending game held at Alltel Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida between the Hokies of Virginia Tech and the Seminoles of Florida State University. The game decided the winner of the ACC football championship. Florida State University (FSU) defeated Virginia Tech 27--22 in a game characterized by penalties, defense, and a fourth-quarter comeback attempt by Virginia Tech.Virginia Tech entered the 2005 season having won the 2004 ACC Championship, the last to be awarded without playing a championship game at the end of the season.
