You are looking at one limited edition Autographed Card, #112, from the 2006 Upper Deck Future Stars set, from the Clear Path to Greatness Signatures subset, featuring 2007 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon, in his rookie season. Card is an acetate surface, that is see-through in multipe areas, and has the Rookie Card logo in the lower left hand corner, and Papelbon's signature in blue sharpie on the right. The back of the card says "You have received a card that includes a personal autograph from Jonathan Papelbon. This signature was signed in the presence of a company representative and/or sent from, and certified as to its authenticity by, Jonathan Papelbon." Papelbon has pitched in 135 career regular season games, after playing college baseball at Mississippi State. In the regular season, he has compiled a record of 8 wins and 6 losses, with a 1.62 ERA, 72 saves, and 193 strikeouts in 160.2 innings pitched. On October 11, 2007, Papelbon was named the 2007 winner of the "DHL Presents the Major League Baseball Delivery Man of the Year Award." Papelbon was selected to the 2006 and 2007 AL All-Star teams, holds the single-season record for most saves in a season by a Red Sox rookie in 2006, and is the first pitcher in Red Sox franchise history to have two separate 30 Save seasons.
