RARE 2008 MACY'S DR SEUSS PLUSH HORTON HEARS A WHO ELEPHANT PLUSH W FLOWER AND MINI HARDCOVER BOOK 14"NEW WITH TAGS. HE HAS STOPPED TALKING AS IS SO OFTEN THE CASE. I HAVE READ THAT YOU CAN PUT NEW BATTERIES IN HIM IF YOU USE A SEAM RIPPER AND THEN RESTITCH HIM, THAT WOULD BE UP TO YOU, BUT CURRENTLY HIS VOICE IS NON-FUNCTIONING (FEELS TO ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2 AAA OR AA BATTERIES, JUDGING BY HOW THE PLASTIC BATTERY BOX FEELS) .FROM A NON-SMOKING HOME.Who are we?Some might say that the family that collects together, stays together.
