All of our packages containing coins are insured through our Coin Dealer policy through Lloyd's of London. Our policy requires us to use a Delivery Confirmation on items up to $199.99 & a Signature Confirmation for items valued at $200.00 or higher. Q. What is your return policy? A. We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item & we must receive the item back within 7 days from the original received date. Returns will not be given on any items that have been tampered with. We do no refund postage. You cannot use the return policy to cancel an auction.
