Hawaii is the toughest of the group in perfect grade due to the open fields with less design. The Oklahoma is very popular and some consider it the best state quarter design. I like the Alaska as one of the best designs, the New Mexico is a very clean and artistic design and last but not least the Arizona is certainly one of the best designs period. All this makes the last year of the 50 state quarter program easily one of the nicest during the 10 year program.
